Scientific Name Ituglanis bambui  Bichuette & Trajano, 2004
Common Name
Type Locality Angélica Cave, upper tributary of main subterranean stream, 13°31'S, 46°23'W, Terra Ronca State Park, São Domingos, Goiás State, Brazil.
Etymology Greek, itys, ityos = circle + Greek, glanis = a fish that can eat the bait without touching the hook; a cat fish.
