Scientific Name Chromidotilapia cavalliensis  (Thys van den Audenaerde & Loiselle, 1971)
Common Name
Type Locality Sahibly [Sahibli], 6°34'N, 8°20'W, Ivory Coast, elevation 230-250 meters.
Etymology Chromidotilapia: Greek, chromis = a fish, perhaps a perch + Bechuana, African native thiape = fish.
