Size 300mm or 11.8" SL. Find near, nearer or same sized spp.
Identification Unfortunately, the only way you can reliably tell N. nenga from Arius maculatus is in the teeth. However, N. nenga frequently has a dorsal spine that is as long as the head (the dorsal spine in A. maculatus is always shorter than the head).
