Distribution Africa: lower course of several rivers, from Senegal to Cameroon. Lower Geba, Tominé, Fatala, Great Scarcies, Jong, Lake Kwarko, Loffa, Volta, and coastal lagoons of Nigeria. Also from the Wouri, Sanaga and Lokoundjé in Cameroon (Ref, 7351).
