Overview The first spawn was on Monday 13th of November 2017. The breeding group consisted of 1 male and 1 female. The smallest male was at least 63mm SL and the smallest female was at least 51mm SL. The youngest adult was approximately 18 months old. The individuals were obtained from Tropical Fishroom, Brantford, Ontario.

Behaviour Pair spawned in a ceramic cave.
Eggs There were 50 cream yellow eggs laid which were 0.0mm in diameter.

Segregation Removed the fry after hatching to a previously set up 20 gallon tank. Transferred to 55 gallon planted tank 1 for grow out.
