Common Name
Type Locality	Independência, rio Buricá, no eixo da barragemm da CERTHIL, about 27°51'S, 54°08'W, Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil.
Pronunciation	rhine lor ee kar ee ah.
Etymology	Greek, rhinos = nose + Latin, lorica, loricare = cuirass of corslet of leather. This specific epithet refers to the dark brown (zaina=dark brown like a cow or horse) colouring of several collected specimens as well as the velvety, small odontodes.
