Common Name Leverett's Flossensauger (Germany)
Type Locality Nodoa, Hainan Island, China.
Synonym(s) Beaufortia levertti, Gastromyzon leveretti, Gastromyzon leveretti leveretti
Etymology Beaufortia: Named after Beaufort, he worked with Bleeker in an Atlas of Ichthyology from India and Malaysia, 1902-1962.
