Type Locality	Confluence of Nam Leuk and Nam Ngang, 18°22'04"N, 103°05'27"E, Bolikhamsai Province, Laos.
Etymology	Sundasalanx: Composed from Sunda, Asiatic island + latinization of Philippines, salamga, French salangana = the name of a kind of swallow.
