Common Name
Type Locality Quebrada Aguas Blancas at its mouth in the Cuinde Blanco River, Municipio Villarrica, Vereda La Arcadia, Prado River system, Magdalena River basin, Departamento de Tolima, Colombia, 03°55'29.6"N, 74°36'40.8"W, elevation 950 meters.
Etymology (Greek)Kordyle = Club, swelling + (Greek) agkistron = hook, referring to its wide head.
