Pterobunocephalus: From the Greek pteron, meaning fin, and bunocephalus; in reference to the long anal fin.
Identification
Smaller then Bunocephalus species and can most readily be distinguished from that genus by the number of anal fin rays (11-20 in Pterobunocephalus vs. 5-10 in Bunocephalus).
