Scientific Name Barbeuchiloglanis feae    (Vinciguerra, 1890)
Common Name
Type Locality Myanmar.
Synonym(s) Euchiloglanis feae, Exostoma feae, Glyptosternum feae
Etymology The generic name Barbeuchiloglanis is made from a combination of the Greek prefix Barba- (beard) and Euchiloglanis, a generic name used for a group of Glyptosterninae, alluding to longer maxillary and mandibular barbels, as well as distinguishing it from Euchiloglanis (=Chimarrichthys), Creteuchiloglanis and Pareuchiloglanis. Gender: feminine.
