Type Locality	About 15 miles above Victoria Falls, between the Katambora rapids and the Victoria Falls, upper Zambezi River, Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe).

Species Information
Size	295mm or 11.6" SL. Find near, nearer or same sized spp.
Identification	D 73-82, A 56-63. Characterized by the broad, depressed head with bulging cheeks. Barbels long, reaching beyond the head. Mottled brown or black.
General Remarks	Zimbabwe angling record .128 kg.
