Scientific Name Rineloricaria jubata  (Boulenger, 1902)
Common Name
Type Locality St. Javier, elevation 60 feet, and Río Durango, northwestern Ecuador, elevation 350 feet.
Synonym(s) Hemiloricaria jubata, Loricaria jubata
Pronunciation rhine lor ee kar ee ah.
Etymology Greek, rhinos = nose + Latin, lorica, loricare = cuirass of corslet of leather.
