Etymology | Greek, rhinos = nose + Latin, lorica, loricare = cuirass of corslet of leather. Named to honour the "Setes People of the Missions" in the northwest of the Rio Grande do Sul, one of the original Jesuit settlements in the area that is now inhabited by Guarani Indians. |
