Scientific Name Scleronema milonga    Ferrer & Malabarba, 2020
Common Name
Type Locality Arroio Lageado Araçá, rio Ijuí basin, lower rio Uruguay, Dezesseis de Novembro, Rio Grande do Sul State, Brazil, 28°12'23"S, 54°56'58"W.
Etymology Scleronema: Greek, skleros = hard + Greek, nema = filament (or thread) referring to the hard base of the maxillary barbel.
